Location, quality, amenities, comfort. We've designed Royal Tiger Chalet as our mountain dream home - you will fall in love with it too.
The 4 bed, 2 1/2 bath home is private, in a quiet neighborhood, an 8 minute walk to Main St with all the restaurants and shops. It is a 2 minute walk to the free town and ski resort shuttle. All bedding is new and fabulous. True chefs kitchen. Wonderful spaces to gather including a large custom fire pit and hot tub surrounded by trees. O2 machines & humidifiers are icing on the cake.

The space
We've tried to think of everything. As frequent travelers and skiers - the super easy humidifiers in every room, oxygen machines (available at 1/2 the rental rate anywhere), bath robes, fully stocked kitchen, Sonos throughout the house... all are the touches that are often missing but provide such comfort and ease. We hope there is nothing lacking, but if there is please let us know.
An abundance of natural light and fire place keep the indoors bright and cozy. A large, new custom fire pit, salt water hot tub and space for corn hole -- all surrounded by pine, spruce and aspens make outdoors ideal during all 4 seasons

Downstairs:
- Bedroom 1: Large Master bedroom with King bed with an en suite bathroom downstairs
- Bedroom 2: Extra large bedroom with a King murphy bed. Room can also be utilized as a family room. There is ample space to play darts, games, puzzles, watch movies or game. A half bath is attached to this room.
Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: Queen murphy bed. Room can be utilized as an office, depending on your needs.
- Bedroom 4: Queen Bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom upstairs
Other things to note While we try to have deck space shoveled frequently, we cannot guarantee usage of the hot tub or fire pit during extreme winter weather.

The Weisshorn neighborhood is primarily where locals live. It's a bit more peaceful (and of course we expect everyone to observe quiet hours and respect our neighbors). While Royal Tiger Chalet is on the "other side" of Main St. it is - in my mind - a more convenient location. The free ski shuttle is a 2-minute walk from the house (same drop off-site) and it takes about 20 minutes total to be on the mountain: 10 minutes on the Purple bus to arrive at the main station, then you hop on the Black bus and in less than 10 minutes you get off at several peaks of your choice.

You may also take the free gondola up to Peak 8 from the main station (for skiers, boarders and those just on foot).
From the house, you are an 8-minute walk to town, on a maintained sidewalk (15 coming home uphill) - it is more residential and walkable, even in snow.
Getting Around
The free shuttle is a 2-minute walk from house the "Royal Tiger" stop. It comes twice every hour. There is an app for all routes, we're on the Purple Line. Typically 10 minutes to the center station/gondola and from there you head to Peak 8 via gondola. The return ride from the station is around 15 minutes. If someone in your crew is not skiing they can drive you up to the top at skier drop off and you'll be on the chair lift in 10 minutes, door to door.
The Purple Line first makes several stops in town if you do not want to walk.
You can walk to Main St in 8 minutes (downhill), return uphill in about 15. There is a sidewalk and the road is maintained/plowed - just watch for ice.
You can walk to the City Market grocery store and the liquor store next to it in 15-20 minutes if you don't have much to carry. Around Main and Ridge St, I prefer to walk as parking is very limited in Breckenridge. There is plenty of parking for the grocery store, etc.
From the airport, you can arrange a shuttle or drive your own car. 4x4 / all-wheel-drive highly recommended for snow season. There is plenty of driveway parking and the snowplow comes regularly. We have ice scrapers for cars - just know you'll need to remove snow from your vehicle before you head out.
During busy season you can usually get an Uber around town - just don't plan on that being your major mode of transportation.
